Method for Conducting the Raffle
At 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2005, a raffle drum containing all tickets will be brought on stage at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. One individual will rotate the drum, and another will pull three tickets, one at a time.

The order in which winners will be determined will be announced before the start of the drawing.

If 1,000 or more tickets have been sold
The first ticket out of the drum wins the grand prize, a 1970 Mustang.
The second ticket out of the drum wins the second prize, $3,500 cash.
The third ticket out of the drum wins the third prize, $1,970 cash.

If less than 1,000 tickets have been sold
The drawing reverts to a 50/50 raffle, with one winner.

Contingency Plan
If the raffle or alternative 50/50 raffle cannot be conducted as planned, due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, the drawing will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2005, in the Porter Hills Foundation office at 4450 Cascade Rd SE, Ste 200, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.

Redemption Claim Period
Any unclaimed or refused prize, or for which the winner cannot be located within 60 days from the date of the drawing, shall be awarded through a subsequent drawing, using the original pool of ticket stubs.

Refund Policy
If any raffle tickets are sold but the ticket stubs are turned into the licensee too late to be placed in the pool of ticket stubs, then the purchaser shall be issued a refund. All other sales are final.

Effective Date
These House Rules become effective April 1, 2005.

Notification
The list of winners shall be available to anyone upon written request after June 9, 2005.

Privacy Statement
This information will only be used by the Porter Hills Foundation and will not be sold.
