Description: Porter Hills offers a monthly Support Group for caregivers, family members, and friends of those with dementia. The group meets the 4th Tuesday of every month from 4-5 p.m. in the Card Room on the 1st floor. This group is open to the community and is partnered with the Alzheimer's Association.
