| Requirements: Individual will provide psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and counseling services. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of reversible/irreversible dementias; have knowledge in differential diagnosis of mental health conditions, and have skills in timely record keeping including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge planning. A Licensed Master’s Degree in social work and 3 years experience in provision of mental health services is required. Medicare certification preferred. This is a full time position working 80 hours per 2-week pay period. | |
