Meadowlark Retirement Village offers an environment where residents can choose a variety of options from Residential Living to Assisted Living services. The services provided at Meadowlark are determined at the time of move-in and evaluated periodically to ensure these services accurately reflect the individual needs of each resident. Residents and theirfamilies are encouraged to participate in determining their needs.
Community resources including physicians, mental health and home care agencies such as Porter Hills Services will be utilized to manage changes related to aging and other health related concerns as appropriate.
