Homes, town homes, and apartments at Cook Valley Estates are offered through a life lease program which began in 1982. The life lease program was developed in response to our constituents’ desire to live in a residential setting with the security of knowing that if their health care needs change, they would have priority access to assisted living, specialized dementia care and skilled nursing. The life lease program is comprised of an entrance fee, which is 50% refundable when the apartment or home is vacated by the resident.
